“What should I look for when choosing a pest control service?”

When looking for pests services it is important to find a company that will help you resolve your needs. Make sure you are buying for value and not just for price.

"Are these products okay around children and pets?"

TruForce only uses premium products that are proven to be effective on pests and are family-friendly. When applied correctly by certified technicians, our products provide protection that is environmentally friendly and pet / kid friendly.

“How do I pay my bill?”

TruForce offers a customer portal where payments can be made. You will find your personal account information on each billing email you receive, and by following the Customer Login link above. We accept credit cards, and ACH payments.

“What is a regular service?”

Your service technician wipes webs from eaves, windows, and doors; spreads pest control granulates around your home and over grass, rocks, and bushes; power sprays all cracks and crevices around your home, including around the foundation, walkways, and the fence line; and performs dust injections as needed. Technicians will treat inside of water valve boxes, under trash cans, pool equipment boxes, etc. They will keep a buffer zone around pools, standing water, and around pet areas.

“Do I need to be home for the service?”

If we are only servicing the exterior of your home, you don't have to be there. As long as all pets are kept inside and all gates leading to the yards are unlocked, we can provide our services to you without complication.

“What if pest problems persist in-between regular services?”

TruForce offers warranty on all of our services. If you find a problem with a specific pest we will get a technician out to service the area of concern as soon as possible.

“What are the prices for your services?”

“What kind of qualifications does my technician have?"

All of our technicians are trained according to state requirements for pest control applicators, as well as our own standards and requirements for applicator safety. They are licensed by the state Department of Agriculture, and are consistently recertified through our management team on a quarterly basis.

”Do I need to leave the house for interior services?"

If the appointment requires the inside of the home being serviced it is necessary to be on the property. We will not service the interior without someone over the age of 18 present.

“Do I need to move furniture and such away from the walls for them to spray inside?”

It isn't necessary to move furniture for a regular service; our technicians will work around any furniture.

“Do you treat for snakes, rabbits, or other animals?”

TruForce will treat your property for gophers, mice, and rats; in certain areas, we will treat for pigeons. We do not offer snake or rabbit services.

"Will I get a personal call before the appointments are scheduled?"

A majority of our customers are automatically scheduled and notified for upcoming services via phone call. By request, we can personally call to schedule each appointment.

“Is it possible to take control of a pest problem by myself?”

Pest control products are not a “one spray kills all” type of product. Applications of over-the-counter pest control products are usually ineffective, as they are often not applied properly, nor in the most effective areas. If improperly used by untrained and unlicensed individuals, the chemicals can be unsafe for pets and children. Pests will return without regular treatment, and hiring a licensed professional to regularly treat your property will provide the best and longest-lasting results.
